Step 1: Create an Account
I started by going to the Beautiful.ai homepage and selecting “Get Started.”
Beautiful.ai offers 14-day free trials for the Pro and Team plans, so choose the one that suits your needs the most! You can choose monthly or annual plans for both.
Step 2: Add a Text Prompt & Generate
After creating my account and giving Beautiful.ai some information about myself, they asked me what kind of presentation I wanted to create. Luckily, they had a few example prompts to help me describe my topic.
I wanted to make something fun, so I typed “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” as my topic. I selected “Generate Presentation” to continue.
Step 3: Edit the Draft
Immediately, Beautiful.ai started generating a draft for me! It was pretty incredible – it only took a few minutes for Beautiful.ai to create a presentation, including the copy, images, formatting, etc. All that was left to do was edit it!
What I loved most about editing my presentation with Beautiful.ai was the simple interface, making it incredibly easy to find the needed tools.
One of the tools was “Layout,” which let me rearrange my layouts perfectly without worrying about spacing or alignment issues. There was also a “Color Palette” tool that let me instantly change the foreground and background of my presentation with ease. I could even add animations and recordings!

At the top, I could see an overview of my slideshow, where I could reorder, delete, and duplicate in a single, organized view.
Step 4: Export Your Presentation
On the right, I could invite other team members to collaborate, leave comments, and assign slides. Above that, I could preview my slideshow by selecting the play button or sharing it with a link.
Once I was happy with everything, I downloaded my presentation by exporting it to the More (“…”) option at the bottom of the toolbar. There are many export options, including JPEG, PPTX, Google Slides, and more!
