Using Placeit’s templates for your designs couldn’t be simpler; you don’t have to create an account to get started. Here’s how I used Placeit it design a logo in minutes!

- Find a Template

Step 1: Go to Placeit by Envato
I started by going to the Placeit homepage.
Step 2: Find a Template
You can use the navigation bar at the top or select a category and search for mockups, logos, design templates, etc., but I just stayed on the homepage and selected the “Creator’s Picks” template category.
Step 3: Select a Template
The octopus logo stood out to me, so that’s the one I chose!
Step 4: Make Edits
Selecting the template took me to the editor, where I could edit the colors and illustrations to my liking.
When selecting “Edit” on the illustration, Placeit already had related images immediately available for me, and they all looked really good. This made editing my logo that much quicker and easier!
With a few clicks, I changed my logo from “Octo Cool Clothing” to a much cooler one called “Bones & Threads.” I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make a logo using Placeit by Envato, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results!
